A simple crepe made with only water, milk, egg, salt and sugar. 

This recipe made three 8 inch crepes. Blend together one egg, 25g plain flour, 75 ml water, 75 ml milk, a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. 

Pour a third of the mixtures on a crepe maker, spread evenly, cook with medium heat until crepes can be flipped over, cook the other side until slightly brown.  fold crepe in half and then half again, remove from crepe pan.

To serve, sprinkle icing sugar on crepe.

 

Equipment used : 8 inch crepe pan or 8 inch stainless steel pan, handheld blender
