recipe : chocolate truffle/ganache
This is a very simple and delicious truffle/ganache requires only three ingredients, whipping cream, butter, semisweet, 72% or 85% chocolate.
The procedure is simple, heat 1/2 cup of whipping/double cream until before it boil, cut 8 tsp butter into pieces and add into cream, stir until all the butter is melted, turn off the heat, break 4oz chocolate and put into cream butter mixture, stir until all the chocolate is melted and fully incorporated. You may apply low heat if needed. Do not overheat the chocolate, keep the temperature under 113 F.
Let the mixture cool, once it cooled and in solid form, scoop out some chocolate and make into a ball. coated the ball with chocolate powder.
Over rating 5 for simplicity, only four ingredients and no special equipment needed.
